Eddie O's Texas Barbecue (Eddie O's BBQ) makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause reactions in people with food allergies. We make every effort to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we are able to provide additional information regarding possible allergen‐containing ingredients.
However, there is always a risk of contamination.
There is the possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time and without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
Eddie O's Texas Barbecue also operates Eddie O's Empanadas, which produces flour-enriched goods fried in vegetable oil. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross‐contamination in our fried foods.
Eddie O's Texas Barbecue and Eddie O's Empanadas do not assume liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come into contact with while eating food purchased from either entity.
Anyone who may need to use an Epi-Pen or other medication should be sure to carry that with them at all times.
Customers with food allergies are encouraged to contact for additional information.
